The height of “the Royal tower” will exceed kilometer for the first time in history. In a building will be placed hotel, inhabited apartments, offices of a premium-class and, certainly, a viewing platform. While the highest skyscraper in the world — in amirate Dubai, height Burj Khalifa (Burj Caliph) makes 828 meters. Saudis more than once declared the ambitions to beat off at Dubai a rank of regional business center. The company of family of Osama bin Laden which name is firmly connected with destiny of other skyscrapers — the New York towers-twins, will participate in construction of a superskyscraper.

The contract with the building company of family of the dead terrorist has concluded Kingdom Holding Co, belonging to the Saudi prince AL VALID BIN TALAL.
